How do I return an item?

Refund/Return Policy:
Original sales receipt must accompany returns. We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. We will offer an exchange, store credit or refund. Items must be in "unused condition".
If Sunshell LLC is at fault the return shipping will be paid by us. Returns must be authorized in advance by phone or email provided below. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if Sunshell LLC is not at fault. In the unlikely event of returning an item please contact us either by phone or email we will send you a return shipping label.
